Madera, Calif.-based UpRight's reorganization plan was approved earlier this month at the confirmation court hearing held in Fresno, Calif.

The company will exit Chapter 11 on Nov. 5.

"We have been part of the aerial lift industry for over 55 years and we have been at the forefront of it's evolution for most of that time," Ian Menzies, UpRight president wrote in a statement. "Today, we are a different shape and a different size. And tomorrow? Let's just say we're looking forward to tomorrow."
