Volvo Rents Expands in Cincinnati, Atlanta Areas

CINCINNATI — WDB Rentals, the Volvo Rents franchisee in Cincinnati, last month opened a new Volvo Rents facility in the suburb of Hamilton. WDB Rentals, an independently owned and operated Volvo rental company, plans to open other rental centers under the Volvo name in the Cincinnati metropolitan area within the next few months. The new Volvo Rents center in Hamilton will carry, in addition to Volvo construction equipment, a comprehensive line of essential equipment and tools for the construction, commercial, industrial, and homeowner markets.

W. Dale Barger, WDB Rentals president, said “Our new Volvo Rents centers will be in metropolitan areas that are in the midst of heavy commercial, industrial and residential expansion.”

Atlanta Construction Equipment Services, the Volvo Rents franchise in the Atlanta area opened a branch in Kennesaw, Ga. It's the second independently owned and operated rental franchise under the Volvo name in the Atlanta area, having opened its first facility in Alpharetta in February.

Atlanta Construction Equipment Services, owned by Reggie Holderfield, was the first franchise in the Volvo Rents program. Volvo Rents now has 16 branches, mostly in the Southeast.
