Lincoln Electric Corp., Cleveland, has agreed to sell its electric motor division to TB Woods Corp. for an undisclosed sum.
The division manufactures engines ranging in size from 1/4 to 1,250 horsepower and has annual sales of about
$60 million, according to company officials.
