UPLAND, Calif. - Scheu Manufac-turing general manager Theodore Frembgen passed away Sept. 6, after complications from surgery. He was 63.
Mr. Frembgen joined Scheu, based here, in 1983 and worked closely with the rental and propane fuel industries through the company's National-Riverside division.
