Victor Mancinelli will resign as of this month from his position as executive vice president and chief operating officer for Gehl Co., West Bend, Wis., to become president and CEO of agriculture and livestock equipment manufacturer CTB International, Milford, Ind.

Tony Deatherage has been appointed to regional service representative in the Midwest for Snorkel, St. Joseph, Mo.
