Wacker Neuson Names Martin Lehner its New CEO

The Supervisory Board of Wacker Neuson SE has named Martin Lehner, chief technology officer and current deputy CEO, as the successor to Cem Peksaglam, whose contract as CEO expires in August.

The Supervisory Board of Wacker Neuson SE has named Martin Lehner, chief technology officer and current deputy CEO, as the successor to Cem Peksaglam, whose contract as CEO expires in August. Lehner will take on the role of CEO for Wacker Neuson next month.

Lehner has been a member of the executive board for 10 years, responsible for research and development, procurement, production and quality at the group level. Before the merger between Wacker and Neuson in 2007, Lehner was already a member of the managing board of Neuson Kramer Baumaschinen AG. He subsequently became head of the board.

For the time being, the executive board of Wacker Neuson SE will be comprised of three members: Lehner; Wilfried Trepels, chief financial officer currently responsible for finance, auditing and IT; and Alexander Greschner, responsible for sales, service, logistics and marketing.

Wacker Neuson is headquartered in Munich, with U.S. headquarters in Menomonee Falls, Wis.
