New Joint Venture Rental Company Formed in United Arab Emirates

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates-based Caterpillar dealer Mohammed Abdulrahman Al Bahar (MAB) has formed a joint venture rental company with Saheed Matar Saeed Hamr Ain Al Mehair. The new joint venture company, Gulf Union Equipment Rental Co. is owned 51 percent by Al Mehair and 49 percent by MAB.

Gulf Union Equipment Rental Co. will offer trucks, loaders, bulldozers, excavators, soil compactors, dumpers and forklifts.

“The dramatic increase in the property and infrastructure developments in the UAE and neighboring countries is a key driver for the company,” said Al Mehairbi. “We believe there is significant growth ahead, which small and medium enterprises should not miss out on.”

Global Force Capital, which acted as an advisor to MAB, was instrumental in the development and structuring of the joint venture.
