Volvo Rents last week promoted Molly Frank to training manager, responsible for all training as part of Volvo Rents’ Business Development Team.

Frank started with the company in Post Falls, Idaho, where she spent five years in all facets of the business, from the counter to outside sales. In 2012, she began working in a training capacity with the West Region. She was promoted to the business development team shortly thereafter and has since played an instrumental role in developing the company’s programs for inside and outside sales training, accounts receivable training, new employee orientation and financial training modules.
“This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for me, as it allows me to employ my existing knowledge of both the industry and Volvo Rents business model to make a tremendous impact on the overall success of the business development team and company as a whole,” Frank said.
Frank will relocate to Volvo Rents’ Support Center in Shippensburg, Pa.
Volvo Rents, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Volvo Group, operates 130 rental stores in North America. It is No. 21 on the RER 100.
