Synergy Equipment, a dealer with 13 equipment rental and sales locations in Florida and Georgia, has selected InTempo’s ERP software to unify and support the growth of its rental operations. With the installation of InTempo Enterprise, Synergy Equipment now has a dedicated platform for managing its equipment rental business across multiple locations.

Enterprise enables Synergy to integrate with its dealership software, as well as other third-party applications including CRM and parts/service management. InTempos ERP gives Synergy Equipment greater control over its rental operations through features including maintenance and work orders, advanced reporting, cycle billing, and truck dispatch, among others.

“Our dealership software was not designed to support our expanding rental business,” said Justin Winkler, corporate operations manager at Synergy Equipment. “InTempo Enterprise handles the rental aspects the way we need it to. Not only does Enterprise help us provide superior customer service, it has also made us more efficient. Our jobs have become easier. The people at InTempo have been great to work with, from sales to implementation to support.”

“We are pleased to welcome Synergy Equipment, a widely respected company with a fast-growing rental operation,” said Matt Hopp, InTempo general manager. “We are proud Synergy has chosen InTempo and look forward to being a part of the continued success of the business.”
