H&E Equipment Services has opened a new branch in Durham, N.C., joining neighboring branches in Raleigh, Charlotte, Arden, and Winston-Salem, for a total of 79 branches nationwide.
The new branch will provide full-service coverage to customers in northeastern North Carolina and the Triangle. The 16,000-square-foot facility sits on two acres with a fully fenced yard area, offices, parts warehouse, and a repair shop with eight bays. The branch is capable of repairing a variety of general industrial and construction equipment.
The Durham branch specializes in aerial lifts, telescopic forklifts, earthmoving, and general construction equipment from the following manufacturers: Atlas Copco, Bomag, Doosan, Gehl, Generac, Genie, JCB, JLG, Miller, Multiquip, Okada, Skyjack, Skytrak, Takeuchi, Yanmar, Wacker-Neuson and others.
“Being a part of the growth in the Raleigh-Durham market has been extremely rewarding, as we see many equipment customers take advantage of, and benefit from, our full-service approach,” said Mark Poole, H&E Raleigh and Durham branch manager. “Now, with the opening of our Durham location, we have expanded our business model, making H&E more convenient for customers throughout the Triangle area. “This additional facility allows us to continue to provide excellent service to our existing customers, while opening new opportunities for further growth. The industry veterans working at our new Durham branch are committed to a higher level of customer service and establishing H&E as the leader in rental, sales, parts and service throughout the Triangle.”
In addition to equipment rentals, the facility provides new and used equipment sales, in-shop and mobile service, a comprehensive parts inventory, training, and other value-added services.
