Dave Stahlman Named Director Business Development for Clarke Power Generation

Clarke Power Generation has named David Stahlman, former Ingersoll Rand and Doosan Portable Power executive as director, business development.

Clarke Power Generation has named David Stahlman, former Ingersoll Rand and Doosan Portable Power executive as director, business development. Stahlman will be responsible for global marketing, sales, and business development of generators with prime power ratings from 20 to 600 kW.

Stahlman began his career with Ingersoll Rand Co. in 1994 as engine with multiple products including pneumatic and hydraulic piston pumps, pneumatic tools, portable oil flooded and oil-free air compressors. In 2001 he joined the sourcing team of IR for global diesel engines, trailers and electronics commodity management. He spent five years leading the Doosan Portable Power marketing team as vice president of global market, and led the transformation of the brand from IR to Doosan after Doosan acquired IR Utility Products in Dec. 2007. He also worked in global portfolio management, product development and commercial launch of more than 30 models, including mobile generators, light towers, light compaction and portable compressors.

Stahlman will be based at Clarke Power Generation headquarters in Greensboro, N.C.
