The new, 3-cylinder, 30-hp TC30 compact tractors from New Holland deliver a wide variety of high-performance features. It can be customized with a choice of transmissions, 2-wheel drive axle, and other features.

It can be equipped with a hydrostatic or manual gear transmission. With the hydrostatic transmission, the operator chooses the appropriate range and a simple heel-toe pedal allows the operator to adjust speed and direction with no shifting or clutching required. The unit is designed for mowing applications with a mid-PTO standard equipment on hydrostatic models.

“The hydrostatic transmission is the choice for occasional users who might not be comfortable operating a manual gearshift transmission,” says Bob Warfel, product manager. “It is designed for those homeowner renters who are working on a weekend or one-time project. The 9 by 3 manual transmission may be preferred by contractors and commercial users more familiar with tractor operation.”

The tractor is available with the choice of a heavy-duty 2-wheel drive axle or front-wheel drive axle.

The 9.6 gpm total system hydraulic flow provides the TC30 with ample power for all requirements. High-capacity live hydraulics, delivering 6.1 gpm, coupled with a heavy-duty rear axle, provide a 3-point hitch lift of 1,635 pounds.
