Genie has redesigned its North American website, to make it simpler to use and navigate. The new site takes into consideration mobile as well as office customers.

The site is designed for people who work with fleets and rent equipment, eliminating clicks and reducing page-load times. The service technician working in the garage or in the field will be able to call the Genie customer service team immediately by using the phone icon at the top of the home page while another icon takes them directly to the Genie service manuals. Sales staff at rental centers will have improved access to product guides, while the photo- and graphic-rich design helps them to better identify products and specifications.

“We consistently hear that our website has to be a productivity tool for very busy people,” said Karen Stash, senior director of marketing and product management, Terex Aerial Work Platforms. “Whether you visit on your tablet, phone or computer, the responsive Genielift.com will work for your device of choice.”

Stash said the new site is only the first step in providing faster and easier access to information.

The new site can be found at http://www.genielift.com.
