Classen expands its sod cutter offerings with the hydrostatic-drive sod cutters. The Hydro Sod Cutters feature a hydrostatic drive for variable transport speed of up to 4.7 mph and powered reverse, multiple cutting widths of 12, 18, 20 or 24 inches. There is an easy depth adjustment of up to 2.5 inches. Engine options include a 5.5-hp or 8-hp Honda engine. The center blade placement ensures a more consistent cutting depth. The unit also includes a finger-tip throttle and a two-year warranty (engines warranted separately by manufacturer).
