Herc Rentals Gains “Great Place to Work” Certification in the United States
Herc Holdings announced that its U.S. business, Herc Rentals, has earned the Great Place to Work Certification. The company’s Canadian business earned this distinction in April 2023. Great Place to Work certification recognizes employers who create an outstanding and consistent employee experience.
Receiving this certification is based on direct feedback collected from current team members through a survey administered by Great Place to Work. Eighty-seven percent of the company’s team members who participated in the survey voted Herc Rentals a great place to work – 30 percentage points higher than the average U.S. company, according to benchmarking data.
“We are honored to be recognized as a Great Place to Work as a testament to the importance we place on having a best-in-class culture,” said Larry Silber, Herc Rentals president and CEO. “Fulfilling our company’s purpose in helping our customers and communities build a brighter future is only possible when our team members feel united around our culture and connected to the work we do. This recognition reflects our ongoing commitment to ensuring each team member has the opportunity to build a meaningful and fulfilling career with us.”
