RMI Corp., a leading cloud software solution company for the equipment rental, sales and service industry, is celebrating its 34th anniversary with a celebration for the company and its employees June 28th in Avon, Conn.

Paul Chapdelaine, CPA, founded the business as an accounting firm offering PC-based accounting software to its clients. While developing a training program, he discovered an underserved niche market -- computer rentals -- and a new business opportunity was born. RMI’s early commitment to the equipment management and technology industries is the foundation of RMI’s latest ADVANTAGE 365.

“RMI’s success over the years stems from a constant drive to bring best in class system innovations and services to the equipment rental, sales, and service market,” said Chapdelaine. “Most recently, RMI introduced ADVANTAGE 365 and now touts one of the only cloud Certified for Microsoft Dynamics Navision solutions available. ADVANTAGE 365 delivers mobility, business intelligence, and cost savings to businesses of all sizes.”

In 2007, RMI moved its solution to the Cloud. As a result, every aspect of a customer’s implementation, support, data storage, reports, maintenance, business management, and much more are included in a single monthly fee. The approach is working. In 2013, RMI was awarded Microsoft’s Top Performing Partner award for new customer adds. In 2017, RMI earned the coveted Certified for Microsoft Dynamics Navision accolade for its newest product offering, ADVANTAGE 365.
