HCSS will move to the new location in August, vacating the Houston office building where it has rented space since 1999.

“While we’re happy with our current office space, we feel that the move to this new facility in a smaller community will provide huge benefits for hiring and retaining the employees who will help create and service the software that will help our customers grow their businesses,” said Mike Rydin, HCSS president.

Ten conference rooms will accommodate up to 10 customer companies simultaneously for implementation training. The facility is planned as a LEED Certified Silver Building with natural light and maximum employee control of lighting and air conditioning.

Founded in 1986, HCSS develops HeavyBid estimating software, HeavyJob field management software, The Dispatcher resource management software, FuelerPlus fuel management software, Equipment 360 maintenance software and Illuminate data analytics software.
