Atlas Copco Selects 4CS iWarranty to Drive Dealer/Customer Satisfaction
4CS Inc., a provider of warranty lifecycle management software applications, last week announced selection of its iWarranty software by Atlas Copco to help drive continued dealer/customer satisfaction, product quality improvement and supplier collaboration for its Global Construction and Mining Technique.
“Atlas Copco’s needs to migrate to a standard web-based system with automated claim processing based on business rules, improved reporting, enhance their customer image and enhance their product improvement process, all led Atlas Copco to license 4CS iWarranty software,” said Philip Cunningham, 4CS vice president of marketing. “The 4CS iWarranty application closely matched their business processes, business model and their industry needs.”
Atlas Copco wants to standardize a number of its systems, improve responsiveness of the systems and improve the data quality in reporting. iWarranty is designed to be both flexible and configurable.
iWarranty will help streamline administration along with gaining better-quality claim data to improve product quality, collaboration with suppliers on component quality improvement and warranty cost participation, the company said.
“We are pleased to partner with a major player in the construction and mining market,” said Gene Weber, 4CS relationship director, Automotive and Aerospace. “Peter and his Atlas Copco team are clearly committed to continued improvement of their warranty process and service to their customers and distributors. 4CS iWarranty is the most robust warranty software solution on the market, and together we feel we are well positioned to affect positive change.”
Headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, Atlas Copco’s products and services range from compressed air and gas equipment, generators, construction and mining equipment, industrial tools and assembly systems to related aftermarket and rental.
