ML Crane Group, Crane Services Inc. and Winslow Crane Service have consolidated into a single entity Crane Service Inc. The merger of these three groups enables access to an expanded rental fleet, comprehensive support services and streamlined processes with estimating, scheduling and billing being more efficient.

This integration allows us to offer even greater value and service to our customers," said Ben McKinstry, president of Crane Service Inc. The consolidation will not affect the relationships Crane Service Inc has built with its customers, the company said. The same leadership team, led by Chairman/CEO Dave Matz, will continue to guide CSI and ensure uninterrupted service.

The combined company is headquartered in Denver, with additional branches in Des Moines, Iowa; Albuquerque, N.M.; and Amarillo, El Paso and Sweetwater, Texas.
