Titan Machinery Acquires South Dakota Case and New Holland Dealership Scott Supply Co.

In the trailing 12-month period ended Dec. 31, 2023, Scott Supply generated revenue of approximately $40 million.

Titan Machinery, a network of full-service agricultural and construction equipment stores, has acquired the assets of Scott Supply Co., which has one full-line combined Case IH and New Holland Agriculture dealership in Mitchell, S.D. In the trailing 12-month period ended Dec. 31, 2023, Scott Supply generated revenue of approximately $40 million.

The acquisition closed last week on Jan. 10.

Titan Machinery, headquartered in West Fargo, N.D., is a dealership for a number of major construction and agricultural brands, particularly Case. With a major rental program, Titan Machinery is No. 62 on the RER 100.
