ATLANTA — GE Energy Rentals moved 22 TM2500 (trailer-mounted) gas turbine-generator sets to temporary sites in Arizona, Utah and Washington to help meet the region's increasing energy needs. The units will supply about 440 megawatts of power. Each single unit can provide power to roughly 20,000 households.

“We are continuing to add units to our fleet to meet demand for this product as our customers look for creative ways to provide reliable power during peak load periods,” said GE Energy Rentals president and general manager Caroline Reda.
