Bobcat Co. recently unveiled a competition to win the use of a Toolcat 5600 utility work machine and three attachments for a year.

Entrants must visit www.toolcat.com, answer a few questions and complete the thought: “If I had a Toolcat …” Entries are being accepted from today through November 1.

Other prizes include certificates good for Bobcat equipment or attachments, Bobcat hats and jackets.

West Fargo, N.D.-based Bobcat held a similar contest in 2001. To commemorate the production of the 500,000th Bobcat skid-steer loader, the company asked compact equipment users to describe their toughest jobs.

“Customers like to talk about how they use their equipment,” said Doug Freitag, vice president of sales and marketing for North America. “So we've just put a new spin on things. We want to know what they'd do with a Toolcat machine if they had one. The more complete they are with their answers, the better.”
