Four Italian rental companies — Venpa, E-Mac, Milan Tractor and Technifor-FAE — have formed an alliance called 4punto1 (4.1) in response to the recession in the construction sector in Italy, Francebtp.com is reporting. The four rental companies have signed an agreement to pool their fleet and cooperate on major construction projects.
Technifor president Luigi Fogliani said the four companies hope to better achieve their common goal of being more aggressive in the market and seizing opportunities.
