Foley Inc. recently announced the appointment of John Cafro as customer support representative, Mike Byelick as hydraulics customer support representative, and Kevin Crawford as corporate customer service agreement manager.
Cafro is a 12-year Foley veteran who began his career in the parts department warehouse. He has worked in several positions within the company, most recently as corporate fleet/CSA manager. Byelick has been with Foley since 1997, starting in the parts department, moving into the service department as CSR for Mercer, Middlesex and Monmouth counties.
Crawford started at Foley in 1997 as mainframe operator, and has since served as a PC specialist, technology manager, business intelligence analyst, and corporate services systems analyst.
Based in Piscataway, N.J., Foley Inc. is the Caterpillar dealer in northern New Jersey, Staten Island, N.Y., and Bermuda.
