Texada Software last week announced that Jim McInnis has resigned as chief financial officer.
“Jim has been filling the CFO role on a part-time basis for Texada, while acting in a full-time capacity as CFO of Stephenson’s Rental Services,” said Texada CEO Don Whitbeck. “The growth of both organizations has more than tapped Jim’s capacity. McInnis will continue as a member of Texada’s board of directors.” McInnis will also continue as CFO of Stephenson’s.
Based in Toronto, Texada Software has more than 400 worldwide customers, including Volvo Rents and Stephenson’s.
