DICA Expands LevelRight Outrigger Pad Product Line

Jan. 15, 2025
The LevelRight Outrigger Pad is now available in four sizes- 12-inch, 24-inch, 30-inch, and 35-inch -and are designed to maintain the same high standards of durability, ease of use, and safety.

DICA, the provider of high-performance outrigger pads and ground protection products, announces the expansion of its award-winning LevelRight Outrigger Pad product line. First introduced in 2024, the innovative LevelRight pad has quickly become a must-have solution for concrete pump truck operators working on unlevel terrain.

The LevelRight Outrigger Pad is now available in four sizes- 12-inch, 24-inch, 30-inch, and 35-inch -and are designed to maintain the same high standards of durability, ease of use, and safety. With the ability to adjust angles up to 10 degrees in multiple planes and support rated capacities of up to 350,000 pounds, the expanded line continues to provide operators with an efficient and reliable solution for achieving a safe and level setup on challenging terrain.

“Besides the risk of tipping, an out-of-level concrete pump truck can cause operational inefficiencies and increased wear on equipment. LevelRight simplifies the setup process, eliminating the need for wedges, digging, or shoveling. With this expansion, concrete pump truck operators can achieve a level setup regardless of the equipment’s size,” said Kris Koberg, CEO of DICA.

LevelRight is made from DICA's durable SafetyTech material and features its proprietary SafetyTexturing for enhanced grip. The built-in bubble level ensures precise adjustment and the expanded sizes can accommodate larger outrigger floats and other specialized equipment requirements. LevelRight can also be used as a base for DICA’s ProStack Cribbing Blocks to provide extra height while ensuring the cribbing setup remains level.

Preorder the expanded sizes at World of Concrete, January 21-23, 2025, in the Central Hall Booth #C7009.
