Southeastern Regional Manager

Skyworks, LLC is a family-owned and operated construction business specializing in the rental, sale, and servicing of construction equipment. 

Skyworks is looking to hire a Regional Manager to oversee the operations and profitability of several branches in the Southeast (covering Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, and the Florida panhandle).

The Regional Manager will:

·       Drive revenue growth and stability

·       Communicate & implement company policies, procedures, and operational standards

·       Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high standards for the operation and creating an internal culture and team that is dedicated to servicing and getting things done for the customer

The ideal candidate has extensive rental industry experience in operational leadership, sales and business development, team development and management, and financial management.
