LGMG Holds First International Customer Festival, Sharing Technology and R&D Investment
The first LGMG Global Customer Festival, themed “Technology Driven Visionary Innovation,” successfully concluded. More than 1,000 customers and partners from around the world visited LGMG to witness its latest achievements in intelligent manufacturing and to gain a closer understanding of its products, technologies, and services.
At the Global Customer Conference held in the morning of Sept.26, LGMG’s CEO Simon Zhang delivered a keynote speech titled “Trust as the Foundation, Building Sustainable Future Together,” expressing gratitude to global customers for their trust and support over the past 13 years. He emphasized that LGMG will continue to increase investment in R&D and focus on sustainable development, adhering to the philosophy of “global thinking, local action” to deliver not only products but also value—becoming a trusted partner for customers worldwide.
Partnering for global growth
During the meeting, a few key ecosystem partners shared the results of their deep collaborations with LGMG in autonomous driving, green and smart mining, and large-tonnage new energy product development.
Customer representatives from multiple countries and regions spoke about their cooperation with LGMG and reaffirmed their strong confidence in continuing to work together.
A series of strategic signing ceremonies further demonstrated customer recognition of LGMG’s intelligent products and global services, injecting fresh momentum into the company’s international expansion.
Launch of the LGMG 2030+ strategy
LGMG Chairman Yu Mengsheng officially announced the LGMG 2030+ Strategy, outlining a clear blueprint for global expansion. He shared the company’s vision to become “an internationally leading manufacturer of mining equipment, aerial work platforms, and material handling solutions,” accelerating global business and service growth, advancing new energy and automation technologies, optimizing processes and structures, and enhancing production efficiency to strengthen LGMG’s global competitiveness.
After the conference, guests toured LGMG’s showroom and digital factory to experience its intelligent manufacturing facilities up close. From robotic arms performing precise welding, to AGVs moving components smoothly along tracks, to real-time production data displayed on the central control screen, the efficiency and sophistication of its smart production lines was demonstrated.
In the product experience zone, LGMG’s full range of forklift products, integrated smart mining solutions, and new lift models were showcased, with experts providing detailed explanations of the technologies behind each product.
Breakthroughs in intelligent technology
That evening, the unveiling of the Autonomous Driving Test Base and an equipment performance show brought the event to a climax. Driverless mining trucks, telehandlers, forklifts, and other machines performed under dazzling lights, demonstrating both power and agility.
The launch of the super-charging autonomous mining truck highlighted LGMG’s latest breakthroughs in intelligent technology and energy diversification, marking another important step forward in smart engineering solutions.
Relying on multiple core technologies in areas such as energy diversification and intelligent control, LGMG has provided solid technical support for the unmanned testing base. From full-scenario simulation to full-lifecycle testing, a comprehensive and scientific testing system has been established to thoroughly verify the performance of unmanned mining trucks under various working conditions.
This is a high-value technology showcase, a cross-border gathering of partners, and a global pledge to shape the future. Today, LGMG offers a full range of mining, aerial work, and material handling equipment, serving diverse scenarios from heavy loads to heights, and mines to industrial parks. Looking ahead, we will continue to focus on innovation and embrace openness and collaboration, working with global partners to write the next chapter of LGMG’s international journey.
