Linamar Corp.’s Skyjack Division this week named George Fitchett vice president of sales – national accounts. Fitchett brings a wealth of sales experience to Skyjack with more than 30 years of work in the rental and construction equipment industries, having held various management positions at Snorkel, Omniquip and Textron. His industry knowledge on national accounts brings an abundance of experience as Skyjack moves forward with its growth plans over the next several years.
“The company is looking forward to benefiting from George’s extensive skills and experience, particularly with his sales background and management skills that have substantially grown sales to rental organizations at national levels,” said Skyjack president Brad Boehler.
Fitchett lives near Richmond, Va., with his wife, Dee, and will work alongside Dave Stewart and John Mooney, fellow vice presidents of North American national account sales, all reporting to Skyjack’s vice president of sales for the Americas, Brian Black.
