Manitou last week announced that executive vice president and board member Bruno Fille resigned from the group, citing personal reasons, principally related to the plans to convert the company’s legal status and its method of governance, as announced on June 2, and since confirmed by the board.

The Supervisory Board also approved the proposal by Jean-Christophe Giroux, president and CEO, to appoint Hervé Rochet, financial director, Jérôme Tertrais, human resources director, and Hervé Saulais, general secretary to the group’s executive committee. In this new organization, Saulais will act as secretary to the board and will supervise all legal, information systems, internal auditing and communications functions.
