Vancouver, British Columbia-based Finning International last week said it signed a deal worth more than US$20.4 million to sell six house-sized mining trucks to Syncrude Canada Ltd.
The Caterpillar 797B trucks have a gross operating weight of more than 1.3 million pounds, and can haul up to 360 tons of material. They will be delivered between April and July for use in Alberta’s oilsands, Finning said.
Finning is No. 17 on the RER 100.
