Portable Heater Parts said it set a company record for the number of technical service calls received at slightly fewer than 10,000 calls processed during the past 12 months. This record came in a non-typical year that was warmer than usual for much of the winter season. The technical service staff set a new company standard for same-day service, PHP officials said.
