The MPG 6600 portable generator from Magnum Products features a Honda GX390 gas engine with a net power rating of 11 hp with a recoil start. The MPG 6600E electric start model is also available. A 6.6-gallon fuel tank allows for hours of continuous operation at full load, while a low-oil shutdown system — standard on all models — prevents damage to the engine extending the life of a jobsite generator. The auto idle feature reduces engine wear and fuel consumption.

Receptacles and switches are well spaced for quick and easy access. All outlets have GFCI protection from a central GFCI module for added safety. The MPG 6600 is rated with a continuous output of 6,000 watts. A 120/240 voltage selector switch allows for maximum power output capabilities.
