LGMG’s Electric Green Tech Telescopic Booms Have Three Steering Modes

June 21, 2022
All of these models will be powered by lithium-ion batteries with high capacity, low noise, and zero emissions to meet increasingly stringent environmental requirements.

LGMG will be launching four electric telescopic boom lifts in the overseas market: the T65JE, T72JE, T85JE and T92JE.

All of these models will be powered by lithium-ion batteries with high capacity, low noise, and zero emissions to meet increasingly stringent environmental requirements. The electric boom lifts being launched offer working heights from 71.5 feet to 97.8 feet and the working outreach is 54.5 feet, 55.8 feet, 73.2 feet and 73.8 feet respectively.

A variety of standard charging modes are available to meet the needs of customers. Whether users need fast or normal charging, LGMG’s machines are capable of matching different working conditions and facilities. At the same time, the charging pile port is optional. The large battery capacity can meet the needs of two to three days of work. The four electric telescopic boom lifts being launched at this time are high-capacity models with a 661-pounds and 992 pounds (unrestricted/restricted) dual-capacity design. All units are equipped with an eight-foot basket with triple entry and can accommodate up to three operators (restricted) with materials.

LGMG's new electric telescopic boom lifts are four-wheel drive and have four-wheel steering. There are three steering modes: four-wheel steering, front-wheel steering, and crab steering. They have advanced technology for one-touch wheel alignment, which makes the machines efficient to operate. Oscillating axles with full time floating allow the wheels to grip the ground when traversing hard, uneven terrain. They have a max 5° tilt angle of the chassis and 45-percent gradeability. There are on-board diagnostic systems for fast troubleshooting, easier operation, and reduced downtime.

Wang Yuling, head of the Overseas Application Engineering Department of LGMG, said: "With the increasingly strict environmental requirements and the improved environmental protection awareness, the market demand for electric machines is increasing. For our customers, low-carbon and energy-saving electric equipment means more leasing opportunities and lower operating costs. LGMG's lithium battery telescopic boom lifts have been launched in China and are well recognized by customers. The launch of these four new models in overseas markets will fill the gap in LGMG's electric telescopic boom product line in overseas markets, making LGMG's product line more complete."
