Titan Machinery has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Curly Olney’s Inc., which consists of two Case IH dealerships in McCook and Imperial, Neb. The acquisition is expected to close in early July.
Located in southwest Nebraska, Curly Olney’s has been in operation since 1968, primarily serving the agricultural market.
Upon closing the acquisition, Titan Machinery will own 98 North American dealerships in North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, Wyoming, Wisconsin and Colorado as well as 10 European dealerships in Romania and Bulgaria. Titan, based in West Fargo, N.D., is also a major equipment rental player, No. 41 on the RER 100.
