Rental Equipment Investment Corp., a new holding company led by Kevin Fitzgerald, a past CEO of Neff Rental, has purchased all the assets and certain liabilities of Midway Rental & Power Equipment, an equipment rental company based in Kalispell, Mont.
Midway, which was founded in 1978, operates from four locations in Montana, with branches in Whitefish, Great Falls and Shelby. It provides a wide range of industrial and construction equipment for rent and sale to a variety of commercial and retail customers in Montana and surrounding areas.
In addition to Fitzgerald, investors include Wessex Capital Partners LLC, a private investment group and other private investors.
