United Rentals announced its intention to redeem all the outstanding $200 million principal amount of 10 ¼-percent senior notes due 2019 on Jan. 21, 2014. The notes will be redeemed at a redemption price currently estimated to be 112.916 percent of the principal amount of the notes, plus accrued and unpaid interest to the redemption date.
United Rentals North America has instructed Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as the trustees for the notes, to distribute a notice of redemption to all registered holders of the notes on Dec. 19. Copies of the notice and additional information can be obtained from Wells Fargo at 800-344-5128.
URNA expects to use borrowings of about $226 million under its asset-based revolving credit facility to redeem the principal amount of the notes.
