Texada’s Losses Narrow in Third Quarter

Texada Software last week posted a third-quarter net loss of CAD$648,000, or 1 cent per share, compared with a 2006 third-quarter loss of CAD$819,000, or 3 cents per share. Revenues for the quarter increased from CAD$1 million in the third quarter of 2006 to CAD$1.11 million in this year’s third quarter.

Revenues for the quarter increased from CAD$1 million in the third quarter of 2006 to CAD$1.11 million in this year’s third quarter.

“Two years ago, the company began a significant investment in new technologies,” said recently named CEO Nigel Miller. “In Q3, we began shipping the first new product resulting from that investment, Systematic Dashboard. Over the next short while, I will be listening to customers and re-examining our future product strategies, to ensure we deliver value to our customers, implemented in a way that combines the best of new technologies we have developed with the industry-leading software our customers are already using.”
