MESA, Ariz. — Empire Southwest, Caterpillar dealership for Arizona, southeast California and northern Mexico, has obtained a permit to build a new location for its Kingman, Ariz., branch. Empire plans to double its space for sales and service operations. Empire runs sales, rental and service operations for the northwest Arizona region from Kingman, where 27 people are employed, according to the Kingman Daily Miner.
Company officials said the new facility is being designed and construction will begin in six months, to be completed within 12 to 18 months.
Mesa, Ariz.-based Empire Machinery is No. 23 on the RER 100.
