Quincy Compressors, a manufacturer owned by Atlas Copco, will consolidate the company’s two U.S.-based manufacturing facilities into a single location in Bay Minette, Ala., the company announced. As a result, 152 positions will be affected at Quincy’s Illinois operation, and an undetermined number of new positions will be created at the Alabama location.
