Paladin Attachments Hires Director of Customer Service for Heavy Attachments

Paladin Attachments hired Christian Heller as director of customer service in its Akron, Ohio, office.

Paladin Attachments hired Christian Heller as director of customer service in its Akron, Ohio, office. Heller has a background in inside sales management, customer service and continuous improvement initiatives. He previously served as regional contact center manager for Grainger Industrial and director of sales support for the Barnes Group.

“Christian will join in our efforts to drive accelerated sales and service excellence through continuous improvement strategies, leadership behaviors, organizational and process effectiveness, as well as team member engagement,” said Dave Crummy, vice president of dealer sales.

Paladin Attachments is based in Dexter, Mich., and includes lines such as Bradco, CP, FFC, Harley, JRB, McMillen and Sweepster.
