Terex to Showcase New Equipment at ICUEE

Terex will unveil several new products and showcase recently introduced models at the upcoming ICUEE show in Louisville, Ky., October 4-6.

Terex will unveil several new products and showcase recently introduced models at the upcoming ICUEE show in Louisville, Ky., October 4-6.

The new Terex SCM Series, including the SCM48, the SCM50 and the SCM55 Overcenter Material Handling Hi-Ranger Aerial Devices, feature the Terex lower boom cylinder design for low travel height and the Terex-patented Tri-Link elbow design for easy maintenance. With working heights from 53 to 60 feet, the SCM Series is designed for personnel lift and material handling applications. The Terex HyPower Hybrid System is an available option on SCM Series models.

Terex will also display its new line of skid-steer Loaders at ICUEE — vertical lift path and radius lift path — to complement its line of compact equipment. With eight models ranging from 50 to 83 hp, Terex skid steers are engineered with high ground clearances and rear angles of departure, high travel speeds, increased fuel capacities, strong tractive effort and mechanical-faced axle seals.

The company will also display its new recently introduced TLB840 backhoe loader, which is powered by an 88-hp Perkins engine and is propelled by an optional 4-speed servo power syncro transmission with automatic shifting for improved fuel efficiency and high tractive effort.

Terex AWP will feature its new Genie GS-4069 RT at ICUEE. Genie rough terrain scissorlift models, which also include the GS-2669 RT and GS-3369 RT, have been enhanced to include increased horsepower by up to 30 percent, increased platform work space and a simplified link stack. The new design enables all three to drive and function at full height.

The new Terex AL4L and AL5L LED light towers will also be on display. These light towers provide end-users with up to 10 hours of run-time with clean, crisp LED lighting. Both units offer a 30-foot extended height and when stowed, the AL5L has a height of 69 inches and the AL4L has a height of 67 inches.

Terex will unveil its new Woodsman 750 wood chipper at ICUEE, a mid-size hydraulic feed drum-style chipper with a 37-inch-diameter by 24-inch-wide cutting drum with two 24-inch-wide knife pocket system. Terex recently entered the wood chipper business through its acquisition of Woodsman LLC, a Michigan-based manufacturer of wood processing equipment.
