Schiller-Pfeiffer, maker of outdoor lawn, turf care and gardening products, will sponsor Joe Gibbs Racing development driver Marc Davis in 15 NASCAR Camping World Series races in 2008. The Southampton, Pa.-based company will rotate its Little Wonder, Mantis as well as its affiliated Bob-Cat brands on Davis’ No. 18 Toyota Camry as the 17-year-old competes for a second season in the Camping World Series.

“NASCAR in general, and Joe Gibbs Racing and Marc Davis in particular, are fantastic brands to be associated with,” said Greg Heyer, the company’s director for distribution and rental sales. “Our customers see real value in partnerships like this, and this relationship provides numerous opportunities to grow our business.”

Schiller-Pfeiffer and its brands made their collective NASCAR debut on April 10th at Phoenix International Raceway in the Camping World Series West division. Davis will then rotate the logos of Little Wonder, Mantis and Bob-Cat throughout the 13-race Camping World Series East schedule.

“We’ve been very impressed with Marc’s progress, as he’s been a part of our development program for three years,” said J.D. Gibbs, president of Joe Gibbs Racing. “Having Schiller-Pfeiffer help support Marc’s efforts is huge, for it allows us as a race team to give Marc everything he needs to be successful.”

Through the sponsorship term, Davis will don the Bob-Cat logo on his driver’s jacket, will rotate logos on the No. 18 Camry, make some promotional appearances and sign memorabilia honoring the sponsorship.
