RedMax/Komatsu Zenoah America last week announced the move of its United States headquarters to Lawrenceville, Ga., from its previous location in Norcross, Ga. Both locations are in the Atlanta metropolitan area.

The company outgrew its building in Norcross, according to Tommy Tanaka, RedMax marketing manager. Both the number of staff members and warehousing requirements increased beyond the capacity of the former space, he said.

The Lawrenceville building will provide plenty of office space, nearly double the previous warehouse space, and provide room to accommodate the company’s planned growth, Tanaka said.

RedMax is one of the fastest-growing lines of commercial handheld outdoor power equipment. The products, which are sold only through distributors and servicing dealers, include string and hedge trimmers, backpack and handheld blowers, edgers, chainsaws and pole saws, sweepers, and specialized products such as heavy duty drills, augers, cut-off saws and a mini-tiller.

RedMax’s new mailing address is 1100 Laval Boulevard, Suite 110, Lawrenceville, GA 30043. The phone, fax and website remain unchanged at 800/291.8251, 770/381.5150 and http://redmax.com, respectively.
