Doosan Infracore Portable Power has moved all manufacturing and administrative operations to its new Statesville, N.C., facility.

Doosan Infracore Portable Power has moved all manufacturing and administrative operations to its new Statesville, N.C., facility.

Doosan Infracore International acquired the Statesville location in December for the Portable Power business unit, formerly Ingersoll Rand Utility Equipment. The site has 473,000 square feet of manufacturing and office space built on about 97 acres of land. The company said it will employ nearly 400 people at the facility.

DIPP moved its lighting product line to the new facility recently and produced is first portable light tower there in May. The company also manufactures portable air compressors, portable generators, concrete equipment and light compaction products.
