Cooper Equipment Rentals Acquires Southern Alberta’s Prime Rentals

Cooper Equipment Rentals Ltd., Canada’s leading independent equipment rental company, has acquired Prime Rentals Ltd.

Cooper Equipment Rentals Ltd., Canada’s leading independent equipment rental company, has acquired Prime Rentals Ltd. Prime Rentals has two locations in Alberta; Lethbridge and nearby Taber. Prime was established in 1979, and over the past few decades has developed a loyal base of customers that rely on it for complete rental solutions.

Prime owners Kim and Trina Tymko will assist Cooper in ensuring a smooth transition of the acquisition over the next several months.
