Engine line

The Vanguard Big Block V-twin engine line from Briggs & Stratton has grown to include horizontal shaft models in the 25 to 35 gross hp range, and vertical shaft models in the 30 to 36 gross hp range. Briggs & Stratton developed an Advanced Debris Management system that allows Big Block V-twin designed engines to run cooler and cleaner, enhancing durability and performance. A fully-pressurized oil lubrication system with spin-on oil filter extends service intervals and engine life, while a five-inch centrifugal multi-stage industrial air cleaner provides maximum engine protection, especially in dirty and dusty conditions.
