Indian Infrastructure Equipment Limited, a rental company owned by SREI International Finance Ltd., recently appointed Arun Kapur as president and CEO. Kapur will be responsible for driving overall business and growth of the organization.
Prior to joining IIEL, Kapur was president – corporate with Indo Rama Synthetics where his key responsibilities included corporate strategy, human resources development, corporate communication, corporate governance and IT. He was also driving new business development through strategic M&A options and the pursuit of new ventures.
IIEL was launched by SREI International Finance in 2001. The company has set up the country’s first equipment bank, QUIPO, and NAC infrastructure equipment. The equipment bank acquires, stores, maintains and rents a full range of infrastructure equipment, helping users to bring down the costs of direct purchase, and also minimizing operating and recurring expenditure on maintenance.
