Riveer Co.'s Cyclonator II above ground, closed-loop wash rack is designed to be easy to use and easy to maintain. The stainless-steel filtration system is built for use with Riveer's modular above ground wash pad or with an existing sump or trench drain. One-button operation allows the user to focus on washing, not the filtration and recovery system. With no-bypass filtration, continuous ozone injection, and quality components the Cyclonator II is designed for years of service for many applications, from equipment washing to acid etching.

The Cyclonator II is versatile and can be used for washing applications that call for removing mud and grease from equipment or for pre-treating parts before painting. Each filtration system is designed for a specific application for a low maintenance system. For flexibility, pads range from 6 feet by 6 feet to 30 feet by 60 feet and are expandable and moveable. Filtration can be selected depending on the need: heavy dirt, spot-free rinse, heavy metals and heavy oil.

Matt Petter, president of Riveer, says that the Cyclonator II will enable rental companies to get into compliance with EPA regulations and avoid fines. “They would be saving their property from costly remediation expenses by capturing oils and other contaminants that come off equipment,” he says. “They will be better able to maintain their equipment by keeping it clean.”
