A high volume/low pressure (HVLP) paint sprayer for the professional and do-it-yourself rental markets is designed to help users achieve a perfect finish without leaving visible brush marks. An alternative to electronic spray guns or buzz guns, the low maintenance Earlex Spray Port HVLP spray system offers the user benefits such as versatility, minimal overspray, less paint waste and much greater control. The user can clean the guns using paint thinner, water or other cleaning liquids. For rental stores, this significantly reduces maintenance by eliminating the need to clean the spray gun that the customer now keeps and eliminates the need to stock parts for the gun. The unit can be used for painting on any surface and is designed for painting small detailed jobs such as radiators, cars, chairs, cabinets and many other objects.
The Spray Port comes with three spray patterns — round, horizontal and vertical jet — and sprays as fine as 1 inch for a high-quality finish. Easy to use, little or no experience is required to use the sprayer. The design of the gun also gives the customer greater control of liquid flow and application.
